1. Who we are
DEVINTRY SIA ("Devintry", "we"), registration number 43603092074, Latvia, is the data controller for the devintry.com website and for the software Devintry operates to publish content about its own products to social media accounts it owns (the "publishing tool", at ops.devintry.com).
2. The website
devintry.com sets no tracking cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. If you contact us through the site or by email, we keep your name, email address and message for as long as needed to answer you and for our business records.
3. The publishing tool
The publishing tool schedules and publishes Devintry's own content to the public social media accounts Devintry owns, through each platform's official API (TikTok, Meta, YouTube and similar). It is used only by Devintry's own operators and has no public users.
What it stores: OAuth access tokens for those accounts, the basic profile of each connected account (display name, avatar, follower and video counts) so an operator can confirm which account is connected and report reach, the posts it publishes, and aggregate engagement metrics the platforms return for those posts.
Comments and mentions: for moderation it temporarily stores comments or mentions people send to those accounts, together with the platform-scoped author identifier. This inbox data is deleted after seven days by default.
Short links (go.racenda.com and similar) record a click timestamp, the user agent, the referrer and a salted one-way hash of the IP address. No raw IP address, no cookies, no cross-site identifiers.
We sell no data and share none with third parties beyond the social platform each post is published to.
4. Data deletion
The publishing tool holds data only about the social accounts Devintry itself operates. To have any data removed, for example an OAuth token or a published post record, email [email protected] from the account's registered address and it is deleted within 30 days. Disconnecting the account in the platform's own app settings revokes the token immediately.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. Write to the address below. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
