Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Who we are

DEVINTRY SIA ("Devintry", "we"), registration number 43603092074, is a software company based in Latvia. These terms cover the devintry.com website, and the software Devintry operates to publish content about its own products to social media accounts it owns (the "publishing tool", at ops.devintry.com).

2. The website

devintry.com is an informational site describing our services, products and portfolio. You may browse it freely. Content on the site is owned by Devintry or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

3. The publishing tool

The publishing tool schedules and publishes Devintry's own content, such as the Racenda motorsport event calendar and product explainers, to social media accounts Devintry owns, through each platform's official API (TikTok, Meta, YouTube and similar).

Who may use it: Devintry's own operators only. It is not offered to third parties, it hosts no other party's content, and it accepts no public sign-ups.

What it will not do: it publishes only content Devintry itself produced. It does not repost or scrape content from other platforms, does not automate follows, likes or unsolicited replies, and adds no watermark or overlay to anything it publishes.

Platform terms: use of each social platform through the tool is governed by that platform's own terms and developer policies. Devintry may disconnect any account at any time, and a platform revoking access ends the integration immediately.

4. Client work

Software development services for clients are governed by the individual agreement signed with each client, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The website and the publishing tool are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Devintry is not liable to any third party for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from their use.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
